Tania comes back to Lost!! It looks like a just one episode apparition, on 5.12 Dead is Dead, aired on April 8: there are press releases until 5.15 and she isn't on any other episodes! Plot: 'To atone for sins of the past, Ben must attempt to summon the smoke monster in order to be judged. ' So... the 'spooky apparition' she said? Alex as the 'black smoke'? We will see...
